I’ve decided that I will start sharing a sayings with you from the book, “Simple Abundance a Daybook of Comfort and Joy”!
Here is todays saying:
Love is the spirit that motivates the artist’s journey. The love may be sublime, raw, obsessive, passionate, awful, or thrilling, but whatever it’s quality, it’s a powerful motive in the artist’s life. — Eric Maisel

1. Choose someone you know, to whom you’d like to dedicate a song.
This is to my daughter, Julie and her husband, Tom. ![]()
2. Choose a song to represent your compassion toward that person.
“It’s All Taken Care of Thanks to You” http://www.gracesermons.com/songs.html
3. Explain a little about why you chose the song, if you wish.
I chose this song because they are going through an awful lot right now and need all the prayers you can give them. Please visit Julie’s website and give your support. Thank-you!

The Law of the Harvest…. As you sow, so shall ye reap.
A sunflower seed will not bring forth a daisy.
A pumpkin seed will not bring forth a tomato.
And cruelty will not bring forth love.
What we give to the world, to each other, and to ourselves is what will come back to us.
If we do not like what we are receiving, perhaps it is valuable to look at what we are giving.
What is it you want to reap? To receive?
Are you planting the proper seeds to bring these into your life?
James Dill Freeman has an insightful thought on the Law of the Harvest….
“There is a law of sowing and reaping. But it lies on the world not like a judgment but a promise. It is the law of creativity. And it says, Sow and you shall reap. But you shall sow what is yours to sow, that you may reap what is life’s to give. For the seed is in your hand, but the harvest is in life’s hand. Sow a thought, and reap a revelation. Sow a hope, and reap a miracle. Sow a dream, and reap a new life for yourself and perhaps for all the world.”
What seeds are in your hands? Seeds that are yours alone to give? Seeds that will bring forth all for which you dream?
What dream will you sow… for yourself?
For the world?

Hello everyone! Welcome to another Mambo. Today is Lemonade Day.
Today we’re going to make a Musical Lemonade. I’ll give ya “The Lemon Song” by Led Zeppelin, so now you tell me a song with the word:
Sugar: Sugar, oh honey, honey, you are my candy girl…
Water: Water you doing for the rest of your life…
Ice: You scream, Ice cream, we all scream for Ice cream…
Where do you enjoy lemonade the best? Out on the porch on a hot summer’s day. Tell me a song that would be appropriate for such a situation.
Lemonade, that cool refreshing drink…

You scored as Religious, You’re religious. You pride yourself on it, and love it. You love going to church. You love the lord and jesus. You’re not a bad soul, and have respect for others no matter what they think, but you don’t try to shove your religion down another’s throat.
Are you spiritual? (Pics) |
